OffBeatHoliday app and website · Last updated 28 October 2026
These terms apply when you use OffBeatHoliday on the web, iPhone or Android. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. Questions: offfbeatholiday@gmail.com.
OffBeatHoliday helps you plan trips: day itineraries, routes, nearby places, budgets, packing lists and shared trips. Route times, opening hours, prices and place details come from third parties such as Google and can be wrong or out of date. Always check local conditions, opening hours, transport and accessibility before you travel. We are not a travel agent and don’t book or guarantee any travel service.
Keep your sign-in secure and tell us if you think someone else used your account. You’re responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from the app (Profile → More account actions → Delete account) or the website.
Trips and notes you create remain yours. You give us permission to store, process and display them so the service works, including showing shared trips to the people you invite. Only invite people you trust; editors can change a shared trip. Don’t use the service to store unlawful content or to harass anyone.
Paid plans (Plus and Pro) are offered on Android and the website and are paid through Razorpay. Each purchase is a one-time 30-day pass that does not renew automatically. Prices are shown in Indian rupees before you pay. Plans are not sold inside the iOS app.
Passes don’t renew, so there is nothing to cancel: when 30 days end, your account returns to the Free plan and your trips stay. We give a full refund for a duplicate payment, for a pass that isn’t switched on within 24 hours of a successful payment, or, within 7 days of purchase, if the paid features don’t work because of a problem on our side that we can’t fix. Unused days of a working pass aren’t refundable. To ask for a refund, email offfbeatholiday@gmail.com from your account’s email address with the Razorpay payment ID; we aim to reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 business days. This doesn’t limit your rights under consumer law, including India’s Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Maps, places and routes are provided by Google Maps Platform and are subject to Google Maps Terms. Sign-in uses Google Firebase and, if you choose it, Sign in with Apple. Their terms apply to their services.
We work to keep the service available but can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or stop features, and we’ll update these terms when that affects you, changing the date above.
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for travel decisions based on third-party data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be excluded.
If you downloaded the iOS app, these terms are between you and OffBeatHoliday, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app and is not responsible for claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the iOS app.
